What is Divorce Mediation?
It’s a process where a neutral third party, the mediator, helps couples come to an agreement on their divorce terms without involving the court. Mediators are trained to facilitate communication, manage conflicts, and help couples reach mutual agreement on decisions such as spousal support, asset division, child custody, and more. Mediation typically takes less time and expense than litigation, and it can be a less contentious, more peaceful way of separating.
