How Does Parent Mediation Work?
In parent mediation, both parties need to agree to participate voluntarily in the process. The mediator should inform the parties about the confidentiality and neutrality of the proceedings and ensure that all voices are heard equally.
The mediator facilitates discussion to encourage both parties to express their concerns, proposals, and feedback. Together, we will work towards an agreement that satisfies both parties, especially for the best interests of the children involved.
